To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We accept bank transfers, mobile money, and cash payments.

Yes, we understand that plans change. You can reschedule your session up to 14 days before the event date at no additional cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 14 days may incur a fee depending on the circumstances.

Yes! We offer comprehensive photography and videography services for all types of events. Many of our packages include both, or you can customize your package to include exactly what you need.

Absolutely! We love traveling for events. For destinations outside Lusaka, we charge a travel fee that covers transportation, accommodation, and meals. Contact us with your event details for a custom quote.

For portrait and small event sessions, you can expect your edited photos within 1-2 weeks. Weddings and larger events typically take 4-6 weeks. Sneak peeks of 10-15 images are usually shared within 48-72 hours after your event.

All final images are delivered through a secure online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos. High-resolution files are included. For packages that include prints, albums, or USB drives, these will be delivered separately.
