MjrStudios is a photography and videography studio based in Lusaka, Zambia. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit mjrstudios.com or engage us for a session, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

• Contact details you submit through our enquiry form — name, email, phone number, event date, and the description of your event.
• Booking details required to deliver your session — location, schedule, and any creative briefs you share with us.
• Anonymous analytics — aggregated page views and traffic patterns via Google Analytics. We do not store any data that personally identifies you in our analytics.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and quote or schedule a session.
• To deliver photographs and videos via secure online galleries.
• To occasionally feature edited work on our portfolio, social media, or website — only with your prior consent (verbal or written) at booking.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers we use to run the studio (e.g. Cloudinary for image hosting, Formspree for the contact form).
• Authorities, where compelled by law.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry messages: kept for 12 months from the date of submission, then deleted. Delivered galleries: kept for 12 months from delivery, then archived offline. You can ask us to remove your data sooner — see "Your rights" below.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to (a) tell you what data we hold about you, (b) correct it, or (c) delete it. Email hello@mjrstudios.com and we will respond within 14 days.

7. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
