Refund Policy

1. Deposits

The 60% deposit that secures your date is non-refundable as a rule. It covers the time we reserve for you and the work we turn away to hold the date. If you cancel before any work has started, we may at our discretion refund part of it, less an amount for the date held and the administration already done.

2. Cancellations

What is refundable depends on what has been done. If no work has started, section 1 applies. Once work has been carried out as agreed, whether that is the shoot itself, editing, or add-ons already arranged with partners, the amount for that work is not refundable. Any amount paid beyond that is refunded.

What was agreed is what is written on your invoice. Where the invoice is silent, written messages count; written agreements take precedence over verbal ones.

3. Reschedules

If your dates change, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. Where a new date cannot be found, section 2 applies.

4. Force majeure

If the session cannot go ahead due to events outside reasonable control (severe weather, illness, government restrictions, etc.), we will offer to reschedule at no additional cost. No refund is issued in these cases. The deposit and any payments are credited toward the rescheduled date.

5. Dissatisfaction with deliverables

If you are not happy with your edited images, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you on revisions where they fall within our editing style and the scope of the original brief. Refunds for completed work are not offered.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 14 working days of approval.
