Refund Policy

1. Deposits

The 50% deposit that secures your date is non-refundable. It covers the time we reserve for you and the work we turn away to hold the date.

2. Cancellations

• 14+ days before the event — deposit forfeited; any additional amount paid is refunded in full.
• 7–13 days before the event — 50% of the total amount is forfeited.
• Less than 7 days before the event — the full amount is forfeited.

3. Reschedules

One free reschedule is allowed, with at least 14 days' notice and subject to our availability on the new date. A second reschedule is treated as a cancellation under section 2.

4. Force majeure

If the session cannot go ahead due to events outside reasonable control (severe weather, illness, government restrictions, etc.), we will offer to reschedule at no additional cost. No refund is issued in these cases — the deposit and any payments are credited toward the rescheduled date.

5. Dissatisfaction with deliverables

If you are not happy with your edited images or video, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you on revisions where they fall within our editing style and the scope of the original brief. Refunds for completed work are not offered.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 14 working days of approval.
